GAF VersaShield helps improve your roof system’s fire-resistance while protecting it from damaging moisture. Many jurisdictions require roof assemblies to be fire resistant. VersaShield® Fire-Resistant Roof Deck Protection provides the best fire spread and penetration protection. It upgrades the UL fire classification of almost any type of roof system, including upgrading most metal roofs to a UL Class A rating.
